Last month I had the pleasure to participate in the show “Ça me regarde” hosted by Marie-Sol on AMI-télé where I talked about SEX-ED +, the why, the how and its accessibility practices.
Because yes, accessibility is central to this project (as well as representativity).
Accessibility for folks living with disability (different durometries for tactile learners, Braille content, adaptability of colors).
But also financial accessibility with a sliding scale, the workshop sale at really reduced price and the ultimate goal to become totally free through 3D printing (still looking for funding. Point me in the right direction if you have an idea).
If you don’t know about them, AMI-tv is the world’s first television network to broadcast all programs with open format described video for Canadians who are blind or partially sighted, and is included as part of the basic digital cable package from most television providers across the country at no additional cost.
